Yesterday my beautiful sister married the love of her life. It was an amazing whirlwind of a day which was full of smiles and laughter from beginning to end. The dress was stunning and Kerry looked absolutely gorgeous.
This is my Dad and Kerry, just after he’d first seen her dress.
This photo of my Mum with both of us was taken on the evening before the wedding. Along with many of the guests, we stayed in St Giles House hotel where the wedding took place. It was very luxurious, with rich décor and a lovely setting for a wedding. The room where the ceremony took place was converted into the dining room for the wedding breakfast, and then again into the dance floor in the evening.
I can now show you this paper cut wedding card which I made for Kerry and Dan.
The watercolour roses match the wedding invitations which I designed for them. I regretted cutting the design from watercolour paper though, as it was very thick and my finger was certainly feeling it by the end!

Hi Clare,
You certainly are very talented. And it was lovely to meet you and your lovely family at your sisters wedding. I was the other witness.

It certainly was a very special day Clare and when I saw the card you gave to K & D I was overwhelmed by it. So intricate and to link it in with the Wedding invitation design was a perfect idea 🙂

Thanks Vicky! That’s a coincidence that you work near the hotel, you really should pop in, it’s lovely inside!

Thanks Jan! I’m definitely going to use thinner paper next time though, it’ll be like cutting through butter in comparison!
